All Danom pieces are produced through a preorder system.
Each item is made specifically for the customers who order during the open window. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of preorders, all sales are final.
We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order has been submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and make it right.

Preorder Timeline

All preorder items require 4–8 weeks for production and fulfillment.
This timeline includes manufacturing, quality checks, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Order Changes

Because production begins shortly after the preorder window closes, we cannot modify sizing, address information, or item selections once the window has ended.
