When you purchase during our open window, you are securing a pre‑order.

Production Timeline

Because each piece is produced specifically for the customers who order during this window, please allow 4–8 weeks for production and fulfillment.
This timeline includes:

• quality checks

• shipment preparation

Shipping

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary based on your location.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre‑orders are made specifically for you, all sales are final once the window closes.
We cannot cancel or modify orders after production begins.
